Scott Whitby is a senior business lawyer in the Calgary office, advising companies in the oil and gas and power sectors. With more than 25 years’ of experience, he is highly sought after for his counsel in relation to the purchase and sale, development, and operation of oil and gas and power generation assets and the marketing of oil, gas and electricity.

Scott also has significant experience advising energy marketing, oil field service and First Nation controlled businesses and also regularly advises early stage/growth businesses and entrepreneurs on business formation, development, operation, compliance and finance.
