Siobhan Mullan is an associate in the Corporate/Commercial group in our Montréal office. She practises primarily in securities law, focusing on the mining sector.
She advises public and private companies on a wide array of matters and issues, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and governance. Siobhan regularly acts on public offerings, private placements, take-over bids, reverse take-overs and plans of arrangement. She also assists clients in their dealings with securities regulatory authorities and in complying with continuous disclosure obligations.
In the mining sector, Siobhan handles a variety of matters related to exploration and exploitation, including acquisitions and divestitures, mineral rights analysis and the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements, such as streaming, offtake, option, earn-in, joint venture and royalty agreements.
Fluent in both French and English, Siobhan provides bilingual support to her clients.
