On November 10, 2005, Héroux-Devtek Inc. (TSX: HRX), a company specializing in the design, development, manufacture and repair of aerospace and industrial products, announced that it had closed a public offering of 4,500,000 common shares at a price of $3.75 per share, for gross proceeds of $16,875,000 before deducting the offering expenses. The offering was co-led by National Bank Financial Inc. and GMP Securities Ltd. Raymond James Ltd. and Versant Partners Inc. also acted as underwriters in the offering. The underwriters were advised in this transaction by Robert Paré, Jean-Pierre Chamberland and Gabriel Castiglio of Fasken Martineau.
