Group DKG acquires Precisioneering

On January 30, 2008, Group DKG Corp., a company involved in the design and manufacture of composites products and equipment, acquired its first operating subsidiary, Precisioneering Limited, a company with a manufacturing plant in Scarborough. The transaction was financed in part by the Business Development Bank of Canada. Fasken Martineau advised Group DKG Corp. in this transaction with a team that included Alfred Apps, Lisa Marcuzzi, Daniel Fabiano, Jeff Hergott, David Johnson, David Ferris, Mitchell Thaw and Peter Armstrong (student-at-law).
