Novacap and Desjardins Capital régional et coopératif invests in Creaform

On June 26, 2009, Novacap and Desjardins Capital Régional et Coopératif make a substantial investment in Creaform Inc., a world-class and innovative technological company specializing in 3D digital solutions present in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. This investment also involved negotiating various agreements, including an agreement for the sale of shares and a shareholders' agreement.
