On March 8, 2010, Publicis Groupe S.A. acquired all of the outstanding shares of In-Sync Consumer Insight Corporation, a market research consultancy offering a fully integrated suite of quantitative and qualitative branded products to biopharmaceutical companies worldwide. Gary Fogler and Amira Abouali of Fasken Martineau advised Publicis Groupe S.A. in this transaction.
