Gaz Métro enters into a new credit agreement for US$600 million

On March 2, 2012, Gaz Métro announced that it had entered into a new credit agreement with its bank syndicate providing for a $600 million secured revolving credit facility which will mature on March 2, 2017. Fasken Martineau represented the bank syndicate with a team including David Lemieux, Félix Gutierrez, Alexandre Gagnon and Jay Choi. Click for more information
