Kruger Energy Port Alma Limited Partnership (KEPA) and Kruger Energy Chatham Limited Partnership (KEC), each a special purpose limited partnership that operates a wind farm in the Municipality of Chatham Kent, Province of Ontario with a nameplate capacity of 101.2 MW, refinanced their respective existing credit facilities and entered into a new credit agreement with a syndicate of lenders lead by The Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS), as agent, to provide a term loan of up to $353 M, as well as a letter of credit facility of up to approximately $23.5 M. The syndicate of lenders and BNS were represented by Angela Onesi and Alexandre Gagnon of Fasken Martineau in Montreal and Jon Holmstrom, Dan Law and Dugan Edmison in Toronto.
