Fromagerie Damafro joins the Agropur Cooperative family of products

Canada’s largest dairy cooperative Agropur Cooperative has expanded its range of products by acquiring the assets of Damafro (and Fromagerie Clément) located in Saint-Damase, Québec. Damafro is a well-known producer of fine cheeses, goat cheeses and Greek yogurts. The acquisition of this business was carried out by a Fasken Martineau transaction team consisting of Diane Bertrand, Sylvie Bourdeau and Marie-Eve Clavet; they were assisted on tax issues by Alain Ranger.
