Orion Mine Finance completes royalty financing with Claude Resources

On March 20, 2014, Orion Mine Finance completed a royalty investment with Claude Resources Inc. to acquire a 3% net smelter returns royalty on Claude’s Seabee Gold Operation in Saskatchewan for US$12 million. The Orion Mine Finance Group is a mining-focused investment business specializing in providing flexible capital investment solutions to junior mining companies in the base and precious metals sector.
