Investissement Québec invested $10 million, and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec invested $15 million in XPNDCROISSANCE, a development capital fund for Quebec-based business with strong potential that operate in sectors such as sustainable transportation, innovative industries, technologies, media and entertainment. This investment will bring the Fund’s capitalization to $37 million. Fasken Martineau advised XPNDCROISSANCE in the establishment of its fund.
