LMS Reinforcing Steel Group acquires Johasee Rebar

In March 2016, LMS Reinforcing Steel Group (LMS) completed the acquisition of the assets of Johasee Rebar, Inc., a rebar fabricating company based in Bakersfield, California, and a related financing. LMS is a privately held fabricator and installer of reinforcing steel based in Western Canada. Fasken Martineau was Canadian counsel to LMS on the acquisition and financing with a team that was led by Blair Horn and included Samuel Li.
