Probe Metals Inc. announced the sale of three blocks of mining claims in the Casa-Cameron Project to GFK Resources Inc. The three blocks of mining claims sold to GFK Resources Inc. are known as the Vezza Extension Property, the Vezza North Property and the Bachelor Extension Property. Pursuant to the agreement, and in consideration for the properties, GFK Resources Inc. issued 3,000,000 common shares to Probe Metals at a price of $0.13 each, for a total of $390,000. Probe Metals Inc. already owned 2,000,000 shares in the company and now owns 5,000,000 shares in GFK Resources Inc., representing 12.3% of the issued and outstanding shares. The transaction was approved by all interested parties and the TSX Venture Exchange. GFK Resources Inc. is a mining exploration company focused on discovering high quality gold deposits strategically located within proven mining camps, some of which are near existing mines in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt of northwestern Quebec, one of the most prolific gold mining districts in the world.
