(“Vector”). BearCom is one of the United States’ preeminent providers of wireless communications equipment and solutions for two-way radios and other voice and data technologies. BearCom is a portfolio company that is controlled by LKCM Headwater Investments, the private investment arm of Luther King Capital Management, a Fort Worth Texas based investment firm. Vector is a manufacturer of wireless telecommunications equipment and is based out of Grande Prairie, Alberta.
