On December 21, 2017, Beacon Securities Limited led a syndicate of underwriters including Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. that conducted a bought deal short form prospectus offering for Village Farms International, Inc. (TSX: VFF) (“Village Farms”). Village Farms offered and sold 2,500,000 common shares, at an issue price of $5.40 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $13,500,000.
