LaSalle Investment Management sale of industrial portfolio to Summit Real Estate Investment Trust

In December, 2018, a subsidiary of LaSalle Investment Management (Canada) ("LaSalle") disposition of an industrial portfolio consisting of 8 properties in Whitby, Ottawa and Cambridge, for $91,500,000.00. The Purchaser was Summit Real Estate Investment Trust which also assumed outstanding financing secured by first mortgages against the various properties. LaSalle was advised by a team comprised of Marty Emmons and Joanne Meadowcroft.
