Yaletown Venture Partners and Disruption Ventures

Vancouver-based digital emergency preparedness platform, ePACT Network Ltd. raised $4.5 million through a Series A funding round co-led by Disruption Ventures and Yaletown Venture Partners.

Fasken advised  Disruption Ventures and Yaletown Venture Partners (the investors) with a team led by Shahrooz Nabavi and included Geoff Pedlow.
