Advised Conair Consumer Products ULC in completing the sale of a portion of Conair Parkway located in the City of Vaughan

In July 2020, Conair Consumer Products ULC ("Conair") completed the sale of a portion of Conair Parkway located in the City of Vaughan to Con-Huntington Investments Limited.  Fasken assisted with all aspects of the sale, including the severance of the property and servicing matters relating to the purchased property and the retained lands.
