On January 28, 2021, Fasken acted for 551 Avonhead Road LP ("Carttera") in respect of its acquisition from Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Government and Consumer Services of 551 Avonhead Road, Mississauga, Ontario and the financing of the acquisition with Bank of Montreal.
Fasken advised Carttera with a team led by Allyson Roy which included Andrea Centa.
