We advised Pixieset Media Inc., a Vancouver-based software solutions provider for photographers and creative professionals, in connection with its purchase of the business and assets of FloAgency Inc. and FloSites LLC pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement dated May 14, 2021, among FloAgency Inc. and FloSites LLC (as sellers), Ross Tanner and Alexandr Leahovcenco (as guarantors), and Pixieset Media Inc. and PixieFlo LLC (as purchasers).
Pixieset is a client photo gallery service designed for professional photographers. They are based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
We acted on behalf of Pixieset with a team led by Blair Horn and included Geoff Pedlow and Marissa Di Lorenzo (M&A).
