On August 20, 2021, Wildpack Beverage Inc. (TSX-V: CANS) ("Wildpack") acquired Vertical Distilling, LLC ("Vertical"), a strategically-located RTC beverage contract manufacturer, for cash consideration of US$4.5 million.
The acquisition builds on Wildpack’s growth strategy as a leading middle-market beverage manufacturer in the USA and creates a strategic hub for the company in Colorado.
We acted on behalf of Wildpack with a team led by Jonathan Conlin (M&A) and included Katie Peardon and Brock Euper (M&A).
