CGI Inc. completes issuance and sale of US$1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes

On September 14, 2021, CGI Inc. (“CGI”) (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB) completed a private offering in the U.S. and Canada of US$1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes, consisting of US$600 million principal amount of 1.450% notes due 2026 and US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 2.300% notes due 2031, led by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC.

The offering was subsequently supplemented by CGI’s private placement offering in Canada of C$600 million in aggregate principal amount of 2.100% senior unsecured notes due 2028, completed on September 16, 2021.
