Tribunal Administratif du Logement

Fasken is representing the Administrative Housing Tribunal during an application for judicial review contesting the decision of the assistant secretary general of the Secrétariat aux emplois supérieurs to not have renewed his mandate as administrative judge. The application was filed by Me André Gagnier.

On April 14, 2022, Judge Christian J. Brossard dismissed the application for a safeguard order in support of the judicial review appeal.

On May 6, 2022, Judge Benoit Moore of the Court of Appeal dismissed the application for leave to appeal this decision.

Fasken further represents the Tribunal administratif du logement in the context of an action for psychological harassment that Me André Gagnier filed with the Commission de la fonction publique against the president of this tribunal.

A Fasken team composed of Sébastien Gobeil, Jasmin Marcotte and Maxime-Arnaud Keable represented the Tribunal administratif du logement in this dispute.
