On October 4, 2023, Centro Commerce Inc. (“Centro”), provider of an inventory control center for growing ecommerce brands, announced that it had secured C$2 million in seed financing round led by Ripple Ventures and 2048VC, with participation from Valia Ventures and Comma Capital.
This funding round will aid the platform in expanding its selection of offerings to include forecasting and procurement automation features to kick off new marketing initiatives throughout North America.
Fasken acted for Centro with a team led by Will Shaw and including Laura Fetter and Alec McIlwraith-Black.
