Fasken advised Avon Canada in the marketing and sale of their corporate headquarters and distribution facility measuring 511,848 square feet to Summit Industrial Income REIT, for a total consideration of CAD $43.0 million. Concurrently, Fasken negotiated a ten-year lease agreement for the continuance of Avon Canada’s operations in this strategically-located property in the heart of Pointe-Claire's industrial park with direct access to Highway 40.
