Overview

Most life sciences organizations outsource non-core functions to enable lean operations and maximize profitability. But any contracts must be carefully negotiated.

We’ll work with your business development, finance and other team members to negotiate agreements that protect your commercial interests and intellectual property, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This might include getting advice from our colleagues with tax, customs, competition law and regulatory expertise to ensure that contracts are as efficient and supportive to your overall goals.

Some of the specific contracts we assist with include material transfer, research collaborations and co-developments, co-marketing, licensing, supply and distribution, quality and vigilance, product acquisitions/disposal, site management and research arrangements with academic institutions or funding organizations.

We act for life sciences companies and related organizations of all types including multinational pharmaceuticals, biotech start-ups, food and health product manufacturers, financial institutions and non-profits.
