Stephanie Rei is an associate in Fasken's Business Law Group in Toronto and is engaged in a diverse corporate/commercial and infrastructure practice. She has been involved in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing.
Stephanie graduated as the gold medalist of the JD/MBA program at the University of Toronto. During her time at the University of Toronto, she was awarded most unique student for the Indigenous Law in Context Intensive and top prize in the Rotman Negotiation Challenge. Stephanie also served as a teaching assistant and scholar for various courses, including Operations Management and Accounting for Entrepreneurs.
Prior to joining Fasken, Stephanie practiced in the litigation and dispute resolution group of a full-service law firm.
Stephanie enjoys exploring the city with her dog and cheering on her favourite sports teams.
