Stephen Vincelli is an associate within our Corporate/Commercial group at the London office.

Stephen’s practice is mainly centred on private equity sponsored acquisitions, corporate security regulatory compliance, and corporate finance.

Thanks to an extensive experience that includes acting for publicly traded companies, private equity funds or private transactions, Stephen is regularly consulted on mergers and acquisitions, or privatization transactions, making him a strong asset for clients seeking commercial expertise.

Prior to joining Fasken, Stephen practised as a Corporate Associate at the New York office of a leading Canadian law firm.
