Svetlana Samochkine is a partner in Montreal’s Banking and Finance group.
She represents both financial institutions and borrowers in setting up syndicated loans, project financings and other domestic and international financing operations. Her practice is also focused on the financings of private equity investments.
Svetlana is a member of the Quebec Bar and the Law Society of Ontario. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association des Femmes en Finances du Québec (AFFQ) and also chairs the “Femme au CA” (Women on Boards) Committee of the AFFQ. She was co-head of the student program of the Montreal office between 2017 and 2024.
