Tara is an associate in the Energy and Natural Resources group in Fasken’s Vancouver office. Tara practices in the areas of environmental, climate and Indigenous law. She has worked with clients on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters in the energy, mining, infrastructure and natural resource sectors.
Tara regularly assists with environmental assessments, permitting and other regulatory compliance issues. She also has experience advising clients on sustainability matters and project-related agreements involving Indigenous nations. Finally, she has assisted with corporate transactions, and preparation of procurement documents and construction agreements.
