Overview

Tom Chong is an associate in Fasken's Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions group. He has worked on a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and public and private financings. He maintains a broad corporate/commercial and securities law practice.

Tom is a graduate of McGill University, where he completed his BCL/JD. Prior to law school, he completed his graduate studies at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs and undergraduate studies at St. Francis Xavier University.

Tom worked at the Permanent Mission to the World Trade Organization where he assisted with ongoing diplomatic efforts and the negotiations at the 12th Ministerial Conference.

Tom summered and articled with the firm before joining as an associate.
