Overview

Valentina Porco is a paralegal within the Immigration group at our Montréal Office. She is a lawyer and was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2016. As part of her role, she conducts research on matters relating to applications for temporary immigration to Canada for work and study purposes.

Before joining Fasken, Valentina had her own criminal and penal law practice and was a partner in a nominal partnership, where she acquired a good understanding of the immigration law.
