Overview

Vanessa Gendron is a notary in our Québec City office, and her practice focuses on matters in commercial real estate law and bank financing. She is both meticulous and creative when assisting clients with complex transactions and providing them with tailored legal solutions.

Vanessa began her career as a notary in 2011 after completing her law degree at the Université de Sherbrooke. She has been practising business law in private practice since 2015. Her career path also led her to gain invaluable experience in the municipal sector, which enabled her to not only acquire new relevant knowledge but also experience different ways of working and solving problems.

Vanessa now focuses her practice on commercial real estate law and bank financing, assisting clients with complex acquisition, sale, construction and financing transactions. She primarily serves financial institutions and private corporations, particularly in the commercial, industrial and real estate sectors.

Driven by her commitment to ensuring that client projects are effectively managed and progress smoothly, Vanessa completed a project management course for executives at HEC Montréal’s École des dirigeants in 2023. As a result, she follows a project management approach that provides a broad perspective while also enabling her to closely monitor each stage of the matter in a structured manner.
