Veronik Brazeau has been practising as a paralegal since 2021 and is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Services team based in Montréal. She holds a certificate in law and specializes in business law.
As part of her practice, Veronik assists the firm’s lawyers and senior paralegals in the drafting of the closing documents for various transactions. She also conducts searches in different public registers, and incorporates, organizes and registers companies.
Prior to joining the paralegal team, Veronik worked as a legal assistant in the firm’s real estate law group for over 4 years.
