Vincent Girard has been the managing partner of the Quebec City office since January 1, 2025. In this role, he oversees all activities of the Quebec City office, bringing enthusiasm and energy to the team.
A partner at Fasken since 2020, Vincent has a business law practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance and commercial contract negotiations. He has worked on a number of notable matters for which he has provided innovative legal solutions to a diverse client base, particularly in the technology sector.
Vincent is known for his ability to stay on top of market trends and develop new business lines to fuel the firm’s growth and vitality. Given his significant involvement in the cancer research centre (Centre de recherche sur le cancer) in Québec City, his dedication to the community is also admirable.
Vincent is a graduate of Université Laval and also completed the Accelerated Leadership Program at Harvard University. He is a member of both the Québec Bar (Barreau du Québec) and the American Bar Association. Prior to joining Fasken, Vincent was a partner in the business law group of a firm in the Québec City area.
