Overview

Yoann Coulombe is a labour and employment lawyer in our Québec City office. He advises and represents employers in all matters relating to labour relations and occupational health and safety.

Before entering private practice, Yoann worked for several years at the ACRGTQ (Association des constructeurs de routes et grands travaux du Québec), where he developed extensive professional experience. There he represented clients in a high volume of cases before various courts and tribunals, including the Administrative Labour Tribunal, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, as well as in grievance arbitration.

Through this professional experience, he became adept at managing complex files, often involving significant financial and organizational issues.

Yoann is known for his professionalism, meticulous work ethic and strategic approach, providing clients with reliable support based on practical, well-considered solutions.

The breadth of experience gained through his previous position is valued by both clients and peers alike.

Yoann is also recognized for his advocacy skills. His eloquence and confidence in court enable him to defend his clients’ interests with conviction and sound judgment, while his ability to combine strong legal skills with a practical approach proves effective both in court and in the strategic management of files.

Finally, his volunteer work during his bachelor’s studies earned him the 2018 Maillet Bénévole award, a distinction recognizing his commitment and contribution to the university community and the Université Laval Faculty of Law.
