In March 2017 Google acquired AppBridge Software Inc., a Vancouver based technology company that specializes in helping businesses move their file and date in to the Google Cloud platform. Fasken Martineau acted as counsel to AppBridge with a team that included Iain Mant, Ariel Laver and Katie Peardon (corporate), Karam Bayrakal, Bruce Tattrie (technology) and Michael Coburn (tax).
