Investment in Renewable Power Development Project in Republic of Benin

Fasken Martineau LLP advised a London-based investment firm in respect of its investment in a renewable power development project in the Republic of Benin.  Fasken has also been mandated to assist the client with the next phases of the project, including in particular the finalisation of the concession agreement.
