Alexandre Belzile is a lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at our Quebec City office. In his practice, he advises clients primarily in the areas of construction, competition and product liability.
During his career, Alexandre has presented applications for injunctive motions in matters of illegal competition, represented contractors in arbitration proceedings, and shareholders in situations of oppression and in cases of contentious shares sale.
With extensive experience in handling large-scale cases despite his young age, Alexandre has advised clients such as national institutions and international manufacturers in their litigation in Quebec, including before the Court of Appeal, having also completed an internship at the Superior Court of Quebec during his university studies.
Involved in his community, Alexandre is also a teacher at the APCHQ, where he instructs future construction contractors on their rights and obligations, in addition to being a troop leader in the Scout Movement for the past decade, and a member of the Continuing Education Committee of the Quebec Young Bar.
