Overview

Ali Aziez is an associate in the Business Law group at our Québec office. His practice covers all aspects of transactional law, including corporate finance, with notable experience in aviation law.

Ali advises and supports clients, including start-ups, large public and private companies, and institutional investors, on a wide range of M&A and private equity matters, as well as in structuring and executing strategic transactions. His practice also focuses on banking and finance matters, including syndicated and project financings where he advises financial institutions and borrowers on the negotiation and establishment of credit facilities.

He also practises in the area of aviation law, advising clients on both commercial and regulatory matters. Ali represents major players in the aviation industry in buying, selling and leasing private and commercial aircraft, as well as in aviation financing transactions. His experience in aviation law also includes regulatory compliance and industry-specific requirements.
