Amélie Defoy is an associate in the Corporate/Commercial group in our Québec City office.
Her practice encompasses all aspects of commercial and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate reorganizations as well as drafting corporate documents and commercial contracts of all types.
She assists clients across all sectors of business, from start-ups to large corporations, in closing their business transactions. She also provides financial guidance and represents both financial institutions and borrowers.
