Overview

Anastasia Reklitis maintains a broad commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution practice.

Anastasia's class action experience includes antitrust/competition cases, as well as class actions in the areas of privacy and employment. She also represents clients in various commercial, contractual and intellectual property disputes and has considerable experience with document intensive litigation matters, especially cases involving records in electronic form. Anastasia has appeared before various levels of court and international arbitration tribunals.

Anastasia is also actively involved in pro bono work and community outreach. She volunteers as duty counsel at the Toronto Small Claims Court Law Help Ontario clinic and the Pro Bono Ontario Legal Advice Hotline.
