Anastasia Reklitis maintains a broad commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution practice. Anastasia has particular experience with class action litigation. She has represented clients in class proceedings addressing noteworthy and emerging issues in the field. Her experience includes antitrust/competition cases, as well as class actions in the areas of product liability, privacy and employment. Anastasia has represented Canadian and international clients doing business across a range of industries including, banking, mining, aviation, energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods.

Anastasia also has considerable experience with document intensive litigation matters, especially cases involving records in electronic form. Having previously worked for a firm specializing in e-Discovery, she is well versed in litigation support systems and understands how to use technology in order to reduce costs and achieve better results in the litigation process.

Anastasia is a member of the firm’s White Collar Defence and Investigations Group. Anastasia is also actively involved in pro bono work and community outreach. She volunteers as duty counsel at the Toronto Small Claims Court Law Help Ontario clinic and is a mentor lawyer for the Law in Action Within Schools program.
