Overview

Anne-Marie Naud is a partner, market leader of the Corporate/Commercial group within the Québec City office and co-leader of the Firm’s Agribusiness, Food & Beverage group. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance.

Anne-Marie is known for her calm demeanour and concentration, and many public and private corporations from the traditional, agricultural and technology sectors rely on Anne-Marie to head mergers and acquisitions, financings and reorganizations. 

She also has vast expertise in securities and the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements, including franchise, operating and distribution agreements in various sectors, including agriculture and food.

Before joining Fasken's ranks, Anne-Marie practiced with an international law firm.
