Anthony Panacci represents employers and provides strategic advice on all aspects of the employment relationship.
Anthony advises unionized and non-unionized employers on a wide range of matters, including hiring processes, employment standards, discipline and employment terminations, workplace investigations, health and safety, and human rights matters. In addition, Anthony drafts employment-related documents such as employment contracts, policies, and employee handbooks. Anthony also represents employers in litigation matters, grievance arbitrations, and other administrative proceedings.
Before joining Fasken, Anthony worked at a leading labour and employment boutique law firm in Toronto. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto and the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University.
