Camille Peltier joined the Fasken team as a student in May 2019, after completing her second year of law school at Université de Montréal. Before starting her articling, she completed a Juris Doctor in North American common law.
While at university, Camille distinguished herself by her involvement in the student community, notably acting as Vice President of Academic Affairs for the Université de Montréal Association des étudiantes et étudiants en droit. Camille also interned with Option consommateurs with the objective of contributing to access to justice; this gave her an opportunity to assist lawyers in class action cases.
In the summer of 2018, Camille was able to increase her knowledge about the world of business while interning at National Bank Financial as part of the Guy Côté Integrated Wealth Management Team. In the fall of 2019, she completed an exchange session at the University of Lisbon to expand her knowledge of the European judicial system.
Alongside her professional and academic commitments, Camille is an avid road cyclist and downhill skier. She also taught sailing for a number of summers at an outdoor camp in the United States.
