Overview

Carolyn Flanagan maintains a broad civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Carolyn Flanagan graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor. During her time at law school, Carolyn was a full-time Caseworker for Legal Assistance of Windsor and participated in various moot competitions. Prior to law school, Carolyn obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University. While pursuing her Bachelor of Arts, Carolyn wrote and edited articles for the Queen’s Journal and worked for the Citizen Engagement Project for Correctional Services of Canada. Previously, Carolyn worked at RBC Capital Markets as an Operations Administrator and at the Botswana Centre for Human Rights as an intern.

Carolyn provides assistance to unrepresented litigants as part of the Pro Bono Law Ontario Duty Counsel Project at the Toronto Small Claims Court.

Carolyn summered and articled with the firm before joining as an Associate in 2019.
