Carrie practises in the areas of labour, employment and human rights, and litigation and dispute resolution. She represents employers in a variety of labour and employment law matters, including wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, and employment standards complaints. She also has broad commercial litigation experience, representing clients in breach of contract, negligence, shareholder disputes, debt recovery, and fraud matters.
Carrie has experience representing clients in disputes before the Alberta Courts, Human Rights Commission, labour boards, and other regulatory boards.
She regularly volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance, assisting low-income clients with employment and civil litigation matters.
