Émilie Sylvain-Jacques is a lawyer with the Labour, Employment and Human Rights group at the Québec City office. She joined the Fasken team as a student in 2016 and as a lawyer in 2018, after completing her articles.
Émilie has a Bachelor of Laws degree under the international profile program at Université Laval. In the course of her studies, she participated in an English-language exchange program in comparative business law at the prestigious Gerd Bucerius private university in Hamburg, Germany. Émilie’s diligence and hard work won her a place among the 20 graduates with the highest graduating average on the honour roll of the Université Laval faculty of law.
Before beginning her legal studies, Émilie trained as a police officer at the ENPQ. Her academic and professional career reflects her energy and her desire to help others while developing new professional relationships.
