Emma Bussières is an associate at ou Montréal office. She joined Fasken as a student in May 2023 after completing her third year of the BCL/JD program at McGill University’s Faculty of Law.
Emma has distinguished herself within the Faculty of Law through her various involvements, particularly with the Legal Information Clinic at McGill, where she was involved for three years.
She is particularly interested in litigation and has represented the McGill Faculty of Law at the Pierre-Basile-Mignault Moot Court, where her team won the A.P.D.Q. (Association des enseignantes et enseignants de droit du Québec) Cup, awarded to the tandem that wrote the best factum of the competition and the Coupe du Bâtonnier, awarded to the best team.
