Practical Problems in Income Tax Disputes is another instalment in the Fasken Martineau Tax and Estates Breakfast Seminar Series offered to taxpayers and tax and estates advisors by David Fox, a partner in Fasken Martineau's Taxation group. David will be joined in this seminar by Alan M. Schwartz, Q.C and Christopher Steeves, both senior partners in the Fasken Martineau Taxation group. All of David, Alan and Chris have extensive experience advising clients ranging from individuals and family-owned businesses to large, multi-national corporations. They have worked on numerous voluntary disclosures, tax dispute and litigation matters.
Each seminar in the series will be fast-paced and offer a practical presentation on particular topics. All seminars are complimentary.
